3. That “Proyecto Sallesat” has being developed by the Radio Club La Salle investigation team and its main objective is designing and placing in orbit the Sallesat-1 satellite.

4. That all project team members contribute with their personal effort, knowledge and technological capacity without any economical reward.

5. That the development of the project Sallesat is financed with the enthusiasm and economical effort of people and institutions that agree with these objectives: technological development, social and cultural improvement, and personal development.

6. That all monetary quantities invested in his project will be used exclusively in developing and financing the project and will not be returnable.
